Returns & Refunds

All of our pins are quality checked before shipping. If a pin is damaged during transit, just send us a photo through our Contact page and we will replace it. If you'd like a refund because your item is defective - just send us a photo of the damaged or defective pin and we will issue you a refund. 

If you receive the wrong pin (i.e. a different one than the one you ordered), we will gladly send you the new/correct one free of charge.

If your pin isn't delivered as expected, please contact us immediately and we'll work quickly to get your issue resolved.
